I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

 

  1. Any incorrect address will result of cancellation of entire order.
  2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
  3. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
  4. I understand that SLN Shop is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 
  5. If package is marked as DELIVERED, but you do not receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. SLN Shop is not responsible.
  6. Tee shirts , mugs , hoodies , and select clothing are shipped directly from the manufacturer . It’s best to choose first class shipping .

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 7-14 (often less)business days to receive order.  

All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS), flat rate shipping, unless requested by you, the customer.

 Return Policy

* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 
* No exchanges due to covid . No exchanges on all drop-shipped items ie: hoodies , mugs, sweatshirts and tee shirts 

return policy below is not effective at this time .


* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
* RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange. 
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 

* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
* NO EXCEPTIONS. 
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
